        Introduction

        Welcome to FutureVibes ($VIBES). These terms and conditions govern the use of our website, our services and the purchase of $VIBES tokens. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

        Definitions

        Important and basic definitions.

        • FutureVibes: Refers to the cryptocurrency token and the associated ecosystem.
        • User: Any natural or legal person who accesses FutureVibes, interacts with it, performs.
        • Wallet: A cryptocurrency wallet that holds $VIBES tokens.
        • Platform: The website of FutureVibes.

        Use of the Platform

        The following points are required to use the platform:

        • Users must be at least 18 years old or meet the legal minimum age in their country.
        • Users must comply with all applicable laws relating to cryptocurrency transactions.
        • Fraudulent, illegal or malicious activities in connection with FutureVibes are strictly prohibited.

        Token-Transactions

        Basic information about the token transactions:

        • VIBES tokens can be purchased during the pre-sale and traded after the listing.
        • Transactions are irreversible thanks to blockchain technology.
        • A transaction fee of 0.5% is deducted and added to the liquidity pool.
        • FutureVibes does not guarantee any future value or financial gain from the purchase of $VIBES tokens.

        General

        The rewards are limited and are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

        • In principle, the VIBES tokens are awarded in sequence.
        • The rewards are traded via the connected crypto wallet.
        • A solana-enabled wallet is required.
        • According to your wallet, you have a public key and only this public key is valid.
        • The VIBES tokens are exchanged via this specified wallet.
        • The means of payment for the purchase of FutureVibes are Soland and USDC.
        • A return or refund is excluded unless there is a technical error on the part of the provider.
        • There will be no exchange in the event of loss of access data, incorrect wallet address or incorrect transaction by the buyer.

        Pre-Sales

        There are 40,000,000 million VIBES tokens available for pre-sales, which also represents the maximum number of VIBES tokens available. Once these have been sold, the limit is automatically reached and no further VIBES tokens can be claimed.

        • A fee of 0.5% is charged for the exchange. The fee flows directly into the liquidity pool.
        • Pre-sales is linked to 12 phases.
        • Each month represents a phase and has its own price, see Pricing Plan.
        • The price is progressive over the phases.
        • A maximum of 90,000 VIBES tokens can be purchased per wallet.
        • The price is progressive over the phases.
        • If the pre-sales is not successful, a refund will be made.
        • If the FutureVibes token is listed, 40% VIBES tokens (Avoid sales pressure and promote sustainability) can be collected immediately.
        • Remaining VIBES tokens can be collected monthly at 20%.

        Staking

        An annual reward of 40% of the stake is offered for staking in pre-sales. If payment is made during the year, the 40% is converted pro rata to the day.

        • The entire pre-sales volume can be used for staking.
        • Payout is possible after listing at 40% and an additional blocking period of 7 days, then 20% per month.
        • As soon as the staking pool is empty, there is a staking block and payout is still possible.
        • After listing, VIBES tokens can be staked if the pool is not empty, but the premium is 10% per year.
        • Payout on -normal- VIBES tokens used in trading is possible immediately and in full, subject to the blocking period.
        • Exchange fee 0.5% which flows directly into the liquidity pool.

        No guarantee of value development

        • No return or financial consideration is guaranteed.
        • Buyers acknowledge that the token is intended exclusively for community purposes and internal project functions.

        FutureVibes is not responsible for problems and errors of a technical nature that are beyond its control.

        • Blockchain risks (e.g. network errors, hacks, technical failure).
        • Legal risks (e.g. possible regulation by tax authorities).
        • No refund, except in the event of errors by the project team.
        • No liability is accepted for any loss, damage or loss of value resulting from participation in the pre-sale or from the use of the token.
        • Risks in connection with blockchain technology, market volatility and regulatory changes are the responsibility of the buyer.
        • Users bear full responsibility for their transactions and investment decisions.

        Intellectual property

        All products on the platform are the intellectual property of FutureVibes.

        • All content, logos and materials related to FutureVibes ($VIBES) are the intellectual property of FutureVibes.
        • Unauthorized reproduction or use of materials is prohibited.

        Data Policy

        Only such personal data is collected as is necessary for the execution of the token sale, e.g. wallet address, transaction data, no data is stored on FutureVibes.

        • Data processing is carried out in accordance with the GDPR.

        Changes to the terms and conditions

        FutureVibes reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time.

        • Users will be informed of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.

        Place of jurisdiction

        By using FutureVibes ($VIBES) you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
